Measure with a compost thermometer. - Moisture should feel like a wrung-out sponge. Too wet: add shredded cardboard or dry leaves. Too dry: add greens or a little water. - Good structure and airflow prevent smells. Mix in bulky browns to stop compaction. - Feed little and often to keep the microbes active, especially in a HOTBIN. - Leafmould is slow and fungal-led, and makes an excellent soil conditioner and mulch. - Tumblers speed up mixing, but still need the right moisture and particle size to run warm. ## Optional - [Customer Reviews](https://www.compostguy.co.uk/reviews): Selected testimonials and product experiences. - [Sitemap](https://www.compostguy.co.uk/sitemap.xml): Full list of site URLs. - Contact: hello@compostguy.co.uk
