I received and set up my Hotbin today, and I'm looking forward to harvesting my own compost in due course! Adam was great from start to finish, personally dealing with my order, communicating regularly, and giving helpful advice. The bin arrived in three working days, so very quick. The price was the best out there and included extras - a mixing rake, an internal thermometer, and a 'kick start' bottle. Detailed and clear set up and maintenance instructions are included. I'm a happy customer.
