Excellent service, very quick delivery, on time as advised. We had a fun time setting up the bin with our 10 year old grand daughter, who was assiduous in reading the instructions and also carrying them out to the letter. All very quick and easy and now the excitement of monitoring the temperature! Seems to be hubbling well. Exemplary service, thanks Adam.
What great service from Compost Guy. Very easy website to navigate and order from. The bin was delivered within four days of placing the order and I was informed on its delivery schedule. Setting up the bin was very straightforward. Looking forward to the compost it produces. An excellent addition to the kitchen garden. Thank you.
Brilliant service bought HotBin for our granddaughter and her husband. Adam was very helpful and kept me updated on delivery which was very very quick. I will tell our granddaughter to contact him if they need any further advice. Highly recommend
I bought the hot composter as a present for my husband's big birthday. I have no idea about gardening or growing veg but love to use the produce from our garden in cooking. So having lovely fresh vegetables is important but the current compost heap never yielded any soil and compost was bought in. Contacting Adam was the best move I made, as he advised on the product, was great with organising the delivery to arrive on the birthday and he provides excellent support for novices. The birthday boy spent several hours on the day to start the Hotbin with the help of the video and written instructions provided. I also ordered the plinth which is really useful particularly if your ground is uneven. So far a great success as a present and the helpline Adam provides is very reassuring. I definitely recommend this company and their service.
Excellent Customer Service from one of the best businesses I have dealt with for many years. Despite a bit of confusion on my part as to which Hotbin I should have ordered. Adam was so very helpful and held my order until I managed to check it out. His Customer Service is exemplary and he made the transaction thereafter smooth and straightforward.
