I ordered a Hotbin Composter MK2 for my Sons birthday from Adam at the Compost Guy company. I can honestly say its they best customer experience I have ever had. I used the online chat function as I was not sure exactly what product I needed and had some questions on both the product and the price. Adam replied super quick, was amazingly helpful and answered all my questions. The Compost Guy company are amazing for price and the service is incredible. Once ordered, I had an number of supporting emails confirming the order, confirming it had been processed, one when dispatched and one for managing the delivery via DPD. The composter also arrived very quick! The website is also very useful for information and guides on composting and I even received an email with a link to help me get started. I would highly recommend Adam and the Compost Guy company to anyone for value and service. Thank you Adam for all the help, my son is delighted with the Hotbin composter.
