HOTBINs are built to order at the HOTBIN facility, and their team arranges delivery directly with DPD. As soon as your order leaves the facility, I'll mark it as dispatched.
DPD don't release the tracking number until the day of delivery, so there won't be any tracking on the dispatch confirmation you get from me. The quickest way to stay in the loop is the free DPD app — add your delivery address and the mobile number you used on your order, and you'll get real-time updates straight to your phone.
If you added your mobile or email to the order, DPD should also text or email you on the day. DPD usually send me your tracking too, which I forward on automatically — but the app is genuinely the best way to follow your delivery.
Some HOTBINs arrive as more than one parcel, and that's completely normal:
Almost always the parcels arrive together on the same day. Just occasionally the second one follows a day later. The DPD app will keep you updated on everything coming to your address — and if anything seems to be missing, please get in touch and I'll chase it for you.

Your wooden composter is made and packed by our partner in the Ribble Valley, who arranges delivery — currently with DHL. It should be with you within 5–7 working days. Once it's packed and the courier confirms collection, I'll mark it as dispatched and pass on the tracking details as soon as I have them.
Wooden composters often arrive in more than one box, and the courier sometimes brings them in different vans — so the final boxes can occasionally turn up the day after the first. There's nothing to worry about if that happens.

Our compost, bark and mulch partner, Pro-Grow (by Veolia), prepares and packs the bags at their facility and arranges shipping directly with the courier via the UK Pallet Network. It should be with you within 5–7 working days. Once the bags are prepped and the courier confirms collection, I'll mark it as dispatched and pass on the tracking details as soon as I receive them.
